Repair & Restoration
Drawer rebuilds, veneer patching, structural re-gluing, and hardware replacement on heirloom or vintage pieces. Flat diagnostic fee applied toward the repair.

A 30-minute visit or video walkthrough. We document dimensions, discuss wood species, hardware, and finish preferences, and confirm access logistics.

Within 48 hours you receive a written estimate broken into materials, labor, finish, and install — every line visible, nothing bundled behind a lump sum.

Shop Build & Install
Work happens in our Fox Point shop with photo updates at each milestone. Final install is scheduled in a single visit with a punch-list walk-through before sign-off.

The practical questions before someone books
Keep the answers grounded and short. The tone should stay workshop-clear instead of turning salesy.
We keep white oak, walnut, hard maple, and cherry in the shop. Douglas fir, ash, and specialty exotics are available on a two-week lead from our mill supplier. Species pricing is listed on every estimate.
Yes. We spray conversion varnish and hand-apply oil and wax finishes in our dedicated booth. If you prefer a painted finish, we prep and prime here, then coordinate with a trusted spray painter for the top coat.
Every estimate is broken into four lines: materials, shop labor, finish, and install. You see board-foot counts, hourly rates, and hardware unit costs. Nothing is hidden in a flat project fee.
Typical projects run six to eight weeks from deposit to install. Larger commissions or exotic-wood orders may extend to ten. We confirm a calendar date before any deposit changes hands.
Regularly. We accept architect drawings in PDF or DWG, attend site meetings, and can issue shop drawings for GC coordination. Trade accounts receive net-30 terms after the first project.
